Nowadays, with industrial development, the introduction of machinery, equipment, and systems into people’s lives, the increasingly significant role of equipment and tools in work processes, and greater interaction between people and the components of industrial environments, organizations have been facing new and ongoing challenges related to health, safety, and occupational hygiene. Today, simply complying with old regulations and basic principles is no longer sufficient to prevent accidents and catastrophic hazards.

Therefore, in order to protect and safeguard human resources, which are the most important factor in the advancement of any organization, as well as to preserve the environment, prevent damage to equipment and facilities, and address all potential concerns, the HSE strategy was introduced to provide a systematic approach to reducing hazards and maximizing the health and safety of the workplace.

Over the past years, considerable efforts have been made to ensure safety within our work environment, and the protection of our workforce’s health has long been one of our priorities. Accordingly, in implementing our safety management system, we have paid particular attention to international standards, including ISO 45001. We have also identified all our activities related to health and safety and developed programs and measurements to control and improve them. The results of these measurements are reported to management through performance monitoring and review, as well as the correction of non-conformities identified during audits.
